By creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking a delivery through A2B Errands ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
A2B Errands is a local courier and personal errand delivery platform. We connect customers with couriers to pick up and deliver packages, groceries, and other items within our service area.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account and provide accurate information before booking a paid delivery. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are calculated at the time of your quote based on distance, category, item size, and any add-ons, and are confirmed before payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never store your card details. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellation requests are submitted through your account and reviewed by our team; refunds are issued to your original payment method.
6. Prohibited Items
You may not request delivery of illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, or anything prohibited by federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work with vetted, insured couriers, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, A2B Errands is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from delays, loss, or damage to items in transit beyond the value of the order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
